In Three Fin, students focus on perfecting their freestyle form, including consistent side breathing, while also learning the fundamentals of backstroke. Lessons are designed to build endurance, coordination, and confidence, preparing swimmers for longer distances and more refined strokes.

In Four Fin, students build up to multiple pool lengths of freestyle, become proficient in backstroke, and begin working on the fundamentals of breaststroke. Lessons emphasize stroke refinement, rhythm, and endurance, preparing swimmers for more advanced swim levels and greater water independence.

Each class blends focused training with encouraging instruction, helping students gain confidence, skill, and a deeper connection with swimming as a lifelong sport.

Five Fin is the final step in our core swim progression, created for swimmers who have mastered Four Fin skills and are ready for advanced stroke development and endurance training. To join this level, swimmers must be able to swim freestyle for a distance of 100+ feet, backstroke for 50+ feet, and breaststroke for 50+ feet.

In Five Fin, students work on completing multiple pool lengths of each stroke and are introduced to the fundamentals of butterfly. They also begin exploring the competitive aspects of swimming, including turns, starts, and the individual medley.

Lessons are designed to help swimmers refine technique, build stamina, and develop discipline, laying the foundation for competitive readiness or a lifetime of strong, confident swimming.
